Refugee in one's own country

Illegal immigration from Bangladesh is a serious issue. It is of existential concern for the natives. The natives are angry and despondent. But to tar all Muslims in the refugee camps as illegal immigrants and insist on their producing land documents as proof of citizenship is grotesquely untenable. By this measure, one wonders if half the Indians would qualify to be citizens!
