Four years ago THIS DAY Assam suffered syncopal convulsions in the wake of half an hour orgy of dastardly violence by a bodo militia leaving some 100 dead and over 400 living dead. Today the victims are vainly crying for justice. meanwhile Delhi and Dispur got in league with the promiscuous killers! Chidambaram as the home minister enunciated a policy of 'reconciliation and forgiveness'. what a chutzpah! his successor is on the same track. one wonders at the shape of India in the making!
